I have attended many of Missy Bradley's classes and she has been instrumental
in my personal and professional development. Missy knows her subjects very
well and lectures in a very intimate and understandable way. She has an open
style that invites people to interact with her and the subject.
Through Missy's teachings, I have been able to go deeply into my self and
find the strength and power that I didn't know existed. She has opened
doors for me and taught me how to go through them on my own.
I think that is the very definition of a facilitator. I would recommend
Ms. Bradley to anyone and they can count themselves lucky who get to attend
one of her seminars. She's the best!

I have participated in several classes/seminars that Missy Bradley facilitated
and would like to share my thoughts about these classes.
In the class called "Thinking Outside the Box", Missy was very
creative in her teaching. I am the type of person that tends to follow
directions to the letter and to not be very original. In this short
class (I believe it was 1 or 1 ½ hours), Missy taught me how to tap
into my more creative side. This has helped me in both my career and
personal life.
I have attended several meditation workshops with Missy to learn to deal
with stress in my life. She is very skillful at leading a group of
diverse people down the same path.
I have known Missy through her position with the Gaylord Wellness Center
for almost 8 years. I have found her to be nothing but professional
and caring at all times. I believe she would be a great asset to any
organization that she may be a part of.

Because of the relationship I fostered with Missy during a difficult time
in my life, I began in 1994, I signed up for several seminars with the Gaylord
Wellness Center . Through the seminars, conducted by Missy, I was better
equipped to understand myself and others around me much better.
One time, with a managerial peer, it was like a light bulb went off in my
head! This particular manager and I had difficulty dealing with each other.
Through Missy's Myers-Brig seminar, I totally understood why we were having
needless battles. I asked the manager to have the Myers-Briggs test, as well.
After the tests, and meetings with Missy, both of us understood how we approach
work and relationships. I prefer to see the details of a project and how
it's going to work. The other manager prefers to see the big picture, and
could care less “how” it will get done.
I could give you countless other examples of Missy's unique way of probing
to help find an answer, to her outstanding communicative skills with people
of all walks. I value her expertise, and am grateful for her skills. She
has definitely made a positive difference in my life!

My name is Rich Miller; I have a radio show on WSM-FM in Nashville , TN.
I have been on the air here for 14 years and recently attended some classes
in Meditation with Missy Bradley. I did this to help with stress and to try
and focus a bit more. I had no idea what to expect and felt unsure about
trying something I didn't know much about. The moment I walked in to the
class and met Missy she made me feel welcome and at ease. The class was an
enlightening experience (no pun intended) in many ways and I left each time
feeling renewed and better for it. Missy has a gentle encouraging way about
her that helps us look inward, that is not an easy thing to teach in the
busy fast paced world we live in. She is professional and was able to answer
the many questions I had. If you have an opportunity to have her teach a
class or seminar I would encourage you to do so. She is terrific. Thank you.

I have attended two seminars where Missy was the facilitator. One was on
meditation where we learned about using aromas, sounds and tastes to calm
our stresses.
The second seminar was on Myers-Briggs. We learned about our personality
types. In both seminars Missy was very informed and attentive in assisting
any who needed more clarification. She makes her seminars interesting and
fun.

Missy Bradley has made a positive difference to thousands of individuals
within our company. She has touched people and made a lasting impression
with her many talents working with people. She is an excellent facilitator,
trainer, therapist and friend to all. She is creative and uses
real life experiences as examples that anyone and everyone can learn from.
Missy led a Team Building workshop for our department over a period of several
months. We started with everyone taking the Myers Briggs test and then
they interpreted the results by individual, function within the department
and as an entire team. The workshops were fun; informational and
provided insight to everyone and how we could work better as a team by knowing
our traits, strengths and weaknesses.
It is a pleasure and privilege to be involved in any type of activity where
Missy would be a leader or participant!

I appreciate the opportunity to provide a reference for Melissa (Missy)
Bradley. I had the good fortune to work with Missy for the better part of
a decade, and she is an incredible human being. Besides that, she is a powerful
teacher and trainer. As Vice President of Human Resources for Opryland Hotel,
I attended many of Missy's training programs over the years.
Missy is a gifted communicator. Her approach is gentle, yet she delivers
a message that hits "home" for the attendees. She is the type of
leader and trainer that ensures something important "sticks" with
each and every attendee. She presents with confidence. She probes without
being intrusive and she makes certain that each and every person attending
her seminars feels that their opinions are valued.
The Team Building seminars that Missy conducted were in such high demand
that they were booked months in advance. The training really made a difference
in the way that individual departments worked together towards common goals.
Team Building is only one of many, many seminars Missy conducted over the
years. In each and every case, Missy delivered cutting edge, well-researched
information that allowed our employees to discover the best in themselves
and others.
Missy made a real difference in the lives of so many people at Gaylord Entertainment
over the years. Her presentation skills are excellent, her organizational
skills are incredible and she is a natural teacher and leader. I would recommend
her without hesitation to any company whose goal is to make a high impact
on an audience. I would be honored to provide additional information if needed.

Missy possesses the unique combination of having a heart as big and open
as her mind. Every single conversation I have had with her has been
enlightening, uplifting, insightful, and profoundly life changing.
She is thorough and organized, and it is very apparent that she spends
a great deal of time and effort putting together seminars/classes. Whoever
has the opportunity to work with you is fortunate indeed.
